Spa treatment cancellation

All Spa Bookings are non-refundable, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to transfer your booking to a new date, under this 100% of the booking value is chargeable. All non-arrivals to be charged 100% of the treatment price.

Group Bookings - We require 14 day notice to change the date of groups of 4 people or more. We reserve the right for any bookings with less than 14 days’ notice will incur a 100% charge.
